A video upside down happens when you try to play a digital video file on your computer, and it suddenly starts to play upside-down. Nothing is ticked (i have tried with ticking the transformation but the streamed output is still inverted.) one video he has on the pc, he tried playing with windows media player, it appears to play fine except the video is upside down and I don't know how to fix it. It displays correctly in my system But with the same setting it displays as inverted in my streaming.

I can watch tv on my computer with the program that came with my tv turner card and have been able to record programs with windows movie player but when I try to watch tv on my computer with VLC the signal is inverted and upsidedown.
